Farzana handles the complete process of drafting and registration of DIFC Wills for non-Muslim clients. She advises and guides clients through the stages involved in registering an accurately drafted Will in compliance with the DIFC Will and Probate Rules for assets held in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. Farzana also deals with a variety of family law issues including advising on divorce, custody and financial agreements between divorcing couples. Prior to joining IALS, Farzana trained and worked in the UK as a Solicitor dealing with general litigation, contentious and non-contentious matters.
