Faisal is an associate in the Firm's Corporate practice at our Doha office. He advises both Qatari and international clients on their corporate and commercial activities and has experience in conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing agreements and advises on various aspects of the law in relation to foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and financing, banking, labor legislation, property law, securities and regulatory matters.

Faisal is a member of the Jordanian Bar Association as well as a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Law Society of England and Wales. Faisal has degrees in both civil and common law systems from Jordan and the United States.
