Fahad is an Associate in the DIFC & International Arbitration department at HAS Law Firm. He specializes in both contentious and non-contentious matters, providing legal research, drafting, and client advisory support across various industries. His expertise spans UAE and Freezone laws, dispute resolution, and strategic case management, making him a key contributor to the firm’s arbitration practice.

Having lived in the UAE for seven years, Fahad completed his GCE A-Levels in Dubai and earned a Bachelor of Laws with International Relations from Middlesex University, Dubai. Before joining HAS Law Firm, he interned at another prestigious Dubai-based firm. He has since assisted in civil and commercial disputes before the DIFC Courts, the Financial Markets Tribunal, and international arbitral tribunals, including LCIA, DIAC, and ICC proceedings
