Ersin NAZALI is an expert in tax. Ersin NAZALI, who worked as an Account Specialist for nine years, has extensive knowledge and experience in many areas of taxation, especially in the areas of tax investigations, tax cases, transfer pricing, and tax restructuring of companies.

He was born in 1979 in Denizli. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences and Dicle University, Faculty of Law. He holds master's degrees in Financial Law (MSc) from Istanbul University and International Tax Law (LLM) from King's College London, School of Law. He is still working on his doctoral thesis on "Transfer Pricing with a Tax Aspect" at Istanbul University Faculty of Law, Department of Fiscal Law.

After his first university graduation in 2001, he worked as an Assistant Inspector in Arthur Andersen Turkey Tax Department and Prime Ministry Inspection Board for a while. He was appointed as Assistant Account Expert on 14.04.2004 and as Account Expert on May 2007 by passing the entrance exam held in 2004.

He gave lectures as a part-time lecturer at Istanbul Aydın University in the 2008-2009 academic year, and took part as a speaker and instructor in conferences, seminars and trainings organized by various institutions and organizations.

Since March 2009, he has also been appointed to the Tax Council with the approval of the Minister of Finance and took part in the rewriting of tax laws. He served as a member and rapporteur in the Advisory Committee within the Board of Tax Inspectors, and gave conferences especially on transfers, mergers and spin-offs. He took an active role in the establishment of the Tax Disputes Follow-up unit, which was established within the Account Experts Board.

He has been working as a tax consultant and lawyer in the private sector since 2012.

He has more than eighty articles published in different journals on tax law.
