Eoin’s practice focuses on commercial real estate. He has considerable experience in all areas of real estate and land development law.

Eoin joined Afridi & Angell in September 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Eoin was a real estate solicitor at a leading Irish firm in Dublin. His practice involved a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions of both small and large-scale residential properties as well as plots of land. He advised financial institutions, approved housing bodies (AHBs) and government entities in all stages of the real estate transaction.

Eoin has a wealth of knowledge in commercial leasing and has represented both landlords and tenants.
