Emma advises on trade mark enforcement and protection matters, digital marketing, advertising regulation and promotional campaigns across the Middle East.

Emma qualified as a Commercial/IP lawyer at Browne Jacobson LLP in London, where she advised clients on a range of commercial issues including IP strategy, protection and enforcement, advertising and marketing regulation, consumer rights, data protection and e-commerce.

Most recently, Emma worked in-house for the developer of luxury shopping villages in Europe and China, drafting and negotiating key agency, influencer and sponsorship agreements, advising on content creation and copyright issues, supporting effective management and enforcement of the IP portfolio across seven jurisdictions and developing the IP ownership strategy.
