  • Elsie is a legal consultant and a certified mediator.

  • Her legal experience of 12 years in the United Arab Emirates enables her to lead transactions on complicated business deals with ease. She also has a thorough understanding of both the legal and commercial sides of such deals.

  • Elsie advised major international and local companies in the UAE, GCC, Europe, United States and abroad (including leading private and public joint stock companies).

  • Elsie contributed to a number of articles in newsletters and The Brief in relation to Exiting UAE Capital Markets, UAE shareholders' Disputes, Conversion and Delisting of Public Joint Stock Companies into Private Joint Stock Companies and Delisting Securities from UAE Capital Markets. The Delisting and Conversion topic also appeared in The National newspaper.
