Elena worked in Rouse Dubai from 2003-2007 and re-joined the company in October 2010. She is a member of the Patent and Dispute Resolution team, working on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, trade marks, patents and copyright. She has extensive experience in criminal and administrative enforcement as well as patent filing and prosecution in the Middle East.

Prior to joining Rouse, she worked as a Patent Researcher for the largest generics pharmaceutical company in Bulgaria where she acquired knowledge of patent protection and economic evaluation of intellectual property. She has more than 15 years' experience in intellectual property protection and enforcement, domain name disputes and product recalls in the Middle East.
