Elena is a Senior Associate at G&G Legal Advisory in Dubai, admitted to the Italian Bar in 2018. She has nearly a decade of experience in public and administrative law, with a particular focus on environmental law, public procurement, urban planning, corporate governance, and energy law.

Since joining G&G Legal Advisory, Elena has specialised in corporate and commercial consultancy, advising international and domestic clients on corporate reorganisations, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, and commercial agreements in sectors including logistics, retail, luxury goods, real estate, construction, and energy.

She holds a PhD in Legal Sciences from the University of Bologna, where she also served as a Research Fellow and Teaching Assistant in public and administrative law. Elena has published articles in leading Italian legal journals on public, environmental, energy, and administrative law.
