Ekta joined Trench & Associates in 2015 and works as a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Departments of Trench & Associates dealing with all commercial matters relating to companies including acquisitions, franchising, distribution and joint ventures.

Having lived in the United Arab Emirates since 1990, she has great depth of local knowledge, understanding of the local culture and experience of procedures in the United Arab Emirates. She also speaks three languages, namely English, Hindi and Punjabi.
