  • Edouard has developed a keen expertise in corporate and commercial law by assisting entrepreneurs and multinationals for almost 10 years in the GCC and the Levant. Trilingual and tri-cultural (fluent in French, Arabic and English), Edouard assists companies in their incorporation in the Middle East, and advises on commercial and strategic development by often acting as a liaison with the local authorities.

  • Edouard has become a multi-sector expert, operating particularly in the fields of financial services, healthcare, industries, maritime, and energy on strategic issues, commercial partnership and mergers and acquisitions operations.
