Dyala is an Associate in the Corporate Group based in Pinsent Masons Dubai Office.

Dyala has worked in the Gulf region since 2014, having previously trained and qualified at a Magic Circle law firm in London where she worked as an associate for two years before joining the Pinsent Masons London Office.

Dyala has focused primarily on private equity and private M&A with experience of cross-border transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations across a range of sectors. She has also gained public company experience having assisted with a takeover of a UK listed company and the successful IPO of a UK company on the London Stock Exchange.
