Dunya’s experience entails corporate and commercial matters. She assists corporate clients in transactions such as share transfers, amendments to their constitutional documents, due diligence, mergers, corporate compliance and review of contracts and corporate documents. She has experience of working in transactions in the Omani oil and gas sector. She advises companies on oil and gas deals and reviewing their transaction documents. She is also familiar with issues pertaining to transfer and assignment of working interests in Omani oil and gas concessions. She holds a LL.B. with honours from Staffordshire University and LL.M in International Business and Commercial Law from the University of West London.
