Dunya is an associate at the firm. She graduated with an LL.B (Hons) in 2014 and was called to the bar in Sri Lanka in 2017. Prior to joining the firm Dunya worked at a top-tier law firm in Colombo, Sri Lanka where she mainly focused on intellectual property, real estate and employment matters. At the firm, she focuses on non-contentious corporate and commercial matters, including but not limited to, document review, due diligence, corporate compliance, drafting and legal research. Her work also regularly involves liaising with government authorities. She advises clients on laws and the regulatory framework for employment, consumer protection, enforcement of contracts and data protection in Oman.
