Dr Ramadan is the former General Manager of the General Legal Affairs Department, NOC/Libya, the former Legal Department Manager of Medco International Venture (Oil & Gas) MIVL, Libya and the former Legal Department Manager of Azzawiya Oil Refinery Company, Libya. He has wide experience in drafting, reviewing contracts and agreements, negotiation, tendering and contracting in oil industry, exploration and sharing agreements (EPSAs), joint venture, investment agreements and forming joint companies inside and outside Libya and construction contracts. In addition, he offers consultancy services relating to labour law, taxation, INAS legislation and the like. He also has experience in international arbitration and settlement of disputes procedures with particular reference to oil issues.
