Nisreen Mahasneh is a professor in private law. Her areas of interest are: contracts, tort, international trade, legal research and writing and legal clinics.

She has published a number of articles and book chapters in Arabic and English at regional and international journals covering various aspects of contracts, Islamic jurisprudence, legal education besides three books on international trade, legal research and writing and finally Contract Law.

Professor Nisreen was also a senior legal education specialist at the American Bar Association in Jordan. She has participated in a number of regional and international conferences and carried out TOT seminars on the promotion of innovative legal education techniques.

Professor Nisreen worked for fifteen years at Yarmouk University in Jordan, prior to joying Qatar University in 2016.
