Dina Salah has over fifteen (15) years of experience in handling Banking & Finance, M&A, Corporate, Oil & Gas, Antitrust and IPRs.
Salah is a trilingual Arabic, English and French lawyer. Before joining Soliman, Hashish and Partners, she served for several key positions during her career including Legal Counsel at Apache Companies Egypt (a group of Apache's companies), North Africa Area Head of Legal at British American Tobacco Egypt, Partner and Head of the Banking & Finance Group at a top tier law firm in Cairo and Deputy Manager of the IPRs Office at the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA).
Salah also served in the academic field for several years. She was a Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Law – French Department – Alexandria University, the Faculty of Commerce – French Department (DGCI) – Ain Shams University, and the Faculté de Gestion et Systèmes d'Information – Université Française d'Egypte (UFE). She also participated in the USAID project concerning “Building the Capacity of the Egyptian Council of State” implemented by the International Development Law Organization (IDLO).
At the educational level, Salah completed her PhD in Private Law at the University of Montpellier 1, France, an advanced Diploma in Business Contract Law (Droit des Contrats d'Affaires) at the University of Montpellier 1, France, and a Master Degree in International Business Law at Institut de Droit des Affaires Internationales (I.D.A.I.), Cairo University in conjunction with Paris-IX Dauphine University.
