Diane is a dual-qualified French lawyer and UK Solicitor, heading the international telecom practice. She started her career in Singapore in 1994 and has worked in Asia, Europe, Africa and Middle East. She specialises in and has extensive experience advising a wide range of clients in the telecommunications (including satellite providers and operators) and technology sectors (including IT, the digital economy and e-commerce and Healthcare). In particular, Diane specialises in complex multi-discipline, cross-border transactions which have earned her the reputation as an expert in this field.
