Ms. Erkan mainly deals with Personal Data Protection Law, Commercial Law, E-Commerce Law, Corporate Law and Contracts Law at SRP-Legal. She has worked in a variety of Personal Data Protection Compliance and Audit Projects in awide range of sectors.

Before joining SRP-Legal Team, Att. Erkan provided legal services to national and multinational corporate companies, mainly in commercial and corporate matters and participated in M&A and due diligence projects as well as conducting personal data protection projects.

Additionally she took part in litigation matters relating to labour law, commercial law and enforcement law and handledarbitration procedures relating to commercial law.

Att. Erkan is a member of the İstanbul Bar Association.

She has excellent command of English and Romanian.
