David specialises in advising domestic and international clients on transactions in the shipping, aviation and oil and gas sectors. He brings a wealth of international experience and industry knowledge to his clients, having previously spent 11 years in private practice in Malta and London, as well as four years as head of legal at a major shipyard in the Middle East.

David advises clients worldwide on contracts, finance, leasing, and other corporate and commercial issues relating to assets that float or fly. He was twice nominated for General Counsel of the Year in regional awards.
