Dario is an Associate in our Corporate and M&A practice at BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates LLP in our Riyadh office. Dario has over 8 years of legal experience, having worked in Iraq, Lebanon and KSA. He specialises in corporate and commercial matters within real estate and banking sectors.

Prior to joining to BSA, Dario worked for leading law firms in Lebanon and Iraq. During this time, he worked on various projects including drafting and negotiating a Credit Facility Agreement of 30 Million Euros, assisted in the restructuring of a real estate fund worth 1 Billion USD Dollars and drafted and executed the transfer of a business agreement worth at 17 Million USD.

Dario’s principle areas of expertise include advising local and international clients on legal matters in M&A, joint ventures, setting up a business, restructuring, liquidations and franchising. He has extensive experience in employment law.
