Darah joined ADSERO - Ragy Soliman & Partners in 2019. She has more than 4 years of experience in the fields of general commercial, banking & finance, M&As and capital market with top tier law firms in Egypt.

Darah regularly advises multinational companies on doing business in Egypt, assists and handles their corporate matters. Darah also has experience in the TMT sector in Egypt whereby she represented major TMT companies such as Amazon and Google as well as a multinational corporation specializing in Internet-related products and services. Finally, Darah has a wide range of experience in the field of employment whereby she works closely with and advises local and international companies as well as international law firms.

Prior to joining Adsero, Darah has participated in various high-profile matters and transactions which included advising IFC, EBRD, Proparco and other development financial institutions on financing 30 Solar Power Projects under phase two of the feed-in tariff (FiT) program in Benban – Aswan, Egypt; assisting in the establishment of Egypt's first coal-fired power project in Ayoun Moussa; and advising on the restructuring of the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company.

Darah also provided legal advice and consultation to national and international clients in the area of corporate laws involving incorporation of companies, due diligence, taxes, demerger and capital market.
