Dana is a member of the Construction, Real Estate and Engineering and Projects team. She assists international and local companies on various commercial real estate and construction matters.

Dana advises on all aspects of commercial real estate as well as construction, covering both contentious and non-contentious work for clients based primarily in Bahrain and the UAE.

Dana regularly advises clients on FIDIC standard form building contracts, consultant appointments and advises major contractors and employers in relation to common claims e.g. contractor / sub-contractor delays, final account disputes, variations, contractor terminations, design liabilities etc.

Dana also regularly advises clients on retail and commercial leases with bespoke leasing terms. Dana also has experience in advising on off-plan residential developments with mixed-use components.

Dana is admitted to practice in England and Wales and is in the process of securing her Bahraini qualification. Dana is also fluent in both Arabic and English.
