Charles is highly experienced in construction and engineering claims and disputes. He has worked for clients from all sides of the construction industry and has experience in litigation, adjudication, arbitration and mediation as well as in project advisory and forensic investigation work.

Charles has worked on a number of projects in the Middle East and in February 2009 was one of the first wave of employees to move to Abu Dhabi to help start-up the firm's new office there and to promote the firm’s international Construction & Engineering capabilities.
