Cansu is a founding partner at Cetinkaya, specializing in corporate and commercial litigation, predominately in the real estate, insurance & reinsurance, and media & entertainment industries.

Her practice includes Turkish corporates, international companies and start-up businesses, whom she advises in relation to corporate maintenance, regulatory and employment law, and contractual relations. Cansu represents clients in disputes involving commercial and collection issues, white-collar crime, and intellectual property, and is well versed in conducting due diligence reviews for M&A transactions, and guiding clients through internal investigations.

Before co-founding Cetinkaya, Cansu worked as a senior lawyer for two of Turkey’s leading law firms.
