Budoor Al Zadjali is a trainee lawyer in the Corporate and Litigation teams. She has been involved in a wide range of corporate matters such as company formation, assisting with company secretarial functions, reviewing and drafting various agreements such as share transfer agreements and agency agreements, interacting with various government authorities and Ministries in Oman. Ms. Al Zadjali also assists the Litigation team, where she focuses her practice primarily on commercial litigation matters.
