Benjamin has over 14 years' experience of advising and representing clients in international legal disputes across a wide range of industry sectors including construction, energy & natural resources, infrastructure, real estate and financial services.
Based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai for the last seven years, Benjamin spent the prior seven years practising as a litigator in London.
Benjamin also advise on regulatory and governance issues, and provide external training sessions on pervasive themes including anti-bribery & corruption and cybersecurity, most recently to audiences in Dubai and Doha.
Benjamin's international arbitration practice includes disputes under the institutional rules of the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, DIFC-LCIA, DIAC, ADDCAC, and GCC, and his litigation practice covers disputes in the High Court in London and in a number of Middle East jurisdictions including the Abu Dhabi, Dubai and DIFC courts (UAE), the SAMA Committee and Board of Grievances.
