Bassel joined Rouse in 2006 after graduating and working for the Global Consulting Group, Sarl, in Lebanon. During his BA studies, he gained experience working with a local law office, before moving to Glasgow to continue his legal studies. In 2016 Bassel was made an Executive/Partner of Rouse acknowledging his years of dedication to the firm and its clients.
Bassel has experience in a wide range of intellectual property related work, with a particular focus on enforcement and complex IP litigation in the Middle East and North Africa.
He manages the IP portfolios for a number of multinational entities across the Middle East and North Africa and regional entities worldwide.
Bassel also advises on potential legal and cultural risk in Arabic language marketing and advertising across the MENA region.
