Cyrille is a Senior Associate with our Corporate and M&A practice and is based in Riyadh, KSA, where he manages our Saudi activities in collaboration with ALF Alanezi Law Firm. He predominately specialises in transactional corporate work within the IT and telecoms industries.

His principal areas of expertise are commercial law, distribution, franchising, media, information technology, telecoms, environmental and waste management laws. Cyrille has assisted several clients with their M&A activities, including reviewing, advising and drafting a host of transactional documents.

Cyrille has previously acted as In-house Counsel for several high profile corporations, as well as in private practice. This gives him a unique perspective on the legal challenges encountered by companies in their day-to-day activities.

Marc is the Head of the Corporate Department at BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates LLP in our Riyadh office. Marc is a US trained legal consultant with over 15 years of experience in advising clients on legal matters within the corporate and commercial sectors.

Prior to joining BSA, Marc headed the legal department at “Al Zorah Development Company”, a UAE joint venture company, partly owned by major real estate developer Solidere International, and thereafter worked for 8 years at regional law firms based in KSA.

Marc represents high profile clients, including local and international companies, family-owned businesses, high-net worth individuals, government organisations, and SMEs. Marc specialises in transactions involving joint ventures, M&A, real estate development, agency and distribution, franchises, corporate formations, employment, and company restructuring.

Marc holds a BA in International Relations from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law.
