Aqsa advises on both DIFC employment and UAE Labour Law contentious and non-contentious matters.

Aqsa's contentious employment work includes handling arbitrary dismissal claims, dealing with redundancy/restructuring, advice on disciplinary hearings and sanctions and advising on DIFC employment law litigation. In terms of her non-contentious work, Aqsa assists clients with drafting staff handbooks, employment contracts for both onshore and free zone employers, HR policies and Settlement Agreements upon the termination of an employee's employment.

Aqsa is instructed by both employees and employers and her diverse nature of clients consists of, international companies, private individuals and local and regional entities.
