Anna has substantial experience in representing a wide range of clients in disputes both in the UK and the UAE. Whilst practising in London, Anna acted for insurers and professionals in relation to professional negligence disputes (including construction professionals) and coverage issues. Such experience included advocacy before Masters and District Judges, representing clients at mediation and trials in the High Court and Court of Appeal. Since relocating to the UAE, Anna has acted for a wide range of international and Middle Eastern clients in respect of both arbitrated (ICC and DIAC) and litigated claims (English, DIFC and DWT). Anna is Part II registered at the DIFC Courts meaning she can undertake advocacy on behalf of clients in those courts. Anna also has in-house experience from secondments at various major London insurers.
