Anjali is an associate in the Commercial & Capital Markets Team at the Firm. Prior to joining AMJ in 2023, Anjali worked with a major/ leading multinational bank in India, where she routinely advised APAC clients in connection with OTC derivatives documentation involving preparation of first drafts of ISDA Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, Global Master Securities Lending Agreements, IM documents and legal due diligence on numerous counterparty types such as hedge funds, mutual funds, trusts, corporates, banks etc. and reviewing of netting and collateral opinions. At AMJ, Anjali has advised clients on commercial transactions and corporate matters with a particular focus on the incorporation of companies, drafting share sale and purchase agreements and advising on employment matters.
