Biography
  • Andrew is a Partner and Solicitor Advocate specialising in providing contentious and non-contentious construction, insurance and energy law advice, with a focus on international and domestic arbitration. He heads the International Arbitration team at Baker McKenzie Habib Al Mulla. He sits as an arbitrator.

  • Prior to moving to Dubai in 2009, Andrew practiced in Glasgow and London on various matters concerning major infrastructure and power related projects. In addition to providing strategic advice in relation to potential disputes, Andrew has extensive experience dealing with a variety of claims under the ICSID, LCIA, ICC, DIFC-LCIA, ADCCAC and DIAC Rules.
