Andrew Cooke is Head of Strategy and General Counsel at Flash Entertainment, the region's leading live event delivery company. Andrew began his career at Norton Rose (now Norton Rose Fulbright), working for the firm in London, Prague and Dubai. He joined Flash as its first legal counsel in 2011.

Andrew and his team are consistently recognised among the Middle East's leading counsel. Flash's legal department was awarded ‘Middle East Legal Department of the Year' at the Middle East Legal Awards 2019 and the Asia-MENA In-House Community Awards 2018, and is a Legal500 “Powerlist” team.
