Ameena has been working at the Economic Development Board for the past 10 years. She is responsible for managing the legal department and providing support with respect to regulatory and legislative initiatives in Bahrain. She is also involved in developing economic regulatory policies and laws.

Before joining the Economic Development Board, Ameena worked at a law firm advising clients on various commercial, corporate and employment matters representing various Bahraini and multinational companies.
