Alistair is an associate in our GCC corporate and finance teams. Alistair advises clients in connection with sale and purchase transactions involving shares and assets as well as drafting and negotiating general commercial documentation, such as services, franchising and licensing agreements.

Alistair specialises in projects work, general commercial transactions, sale and purchase arrangements, property developments. aircraft sale and leaseback transactions and energy based work (LNG, oil and renewables).

Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard Alistair worked for another leading international law firm in Doha.
