Biography

Ali Naveed Arshad is Partner at MAR Law Firm in Oman. Before joining the firm, Mr. Arshad was a counsel at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle and before that a Partner at a well-respected Omani local law firm where he headed a practice group. Mr. Arshad has about 15 years’ experience advising on matters of Omani law and advises on matters relating to corporate, commercial, maritime, banking and finance, construction, development of infrastructure projects and their financing. He also advises on contentious commercial and maritime matters. He has acted on numerous notable projects and disputes in the Middle East and South Asia region.
