Alessandra is a Partner with Mohammed Al Ruqaishi Law Firm. Based in Oman since 2008, she routinely advises foreign investors wishing to do business in Oman throughout all stages of proposed investments including structuring advice, joint ventures, acquisitions, establishment of local entities and business set up. She also assists entities tendering for government contracts, particularly in the infrastructure sector on all aspects of public procurement, related formalities and contractual issues. She has worked on numerous local projects in sectors ranging from food security to tourism and real estate.

She graduated and qualified in Italy and was later admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
