Ahmet Akgüloğlu is the managing partner of ATG Law Firm and he leads the Intellectual Property practice of the Firm. For over 10 years of his experience, he has been advising his clients on IP strategies, complex IP litigation cases, anti-counterfeiting matters as well as IP prosecution work. Ahmet also specializes in domain name disputes, unfair competition law, internet law, IT and media law. Ahmet has carried out numerous litigation proceedings relating to IP law for his multinational clients, especially relating to trademark, design and patent infringement, anti-counterfeiting matters, domain name disputes and unfair competition. Ahmet holds an LLB Degree from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law. Ahmet is also a trademark and patent attorney registered before the Turkish Trademark and Patent Office. He is also an active panelist before the National Arbitration Forum for domain name disputes and he is a member of the Anti-counterfeiting Committee of the International Trademark Association. He has published numerous articles in many highly ranked publications.
