Ebad’s experience entails both contentious matters including international arbitrations, and non-contentious corporate and commercial matters. He assists corporate clients in transactions such as share transfers, amendments to their constitutional documents, due diligence, mergers, corporate compliance and review of contracts and corporate documents. He holds a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from National University of Science and Technology, Islamabad, Pakistan and LL.B. with honours  from University of London.
