Ahmed is a Syrian Legal Consultant. After getting his law degree, Ahmed worked in private practice in Syria before moving to Oman in 2012 to continue his legal career.
During his time to date in Oman, he have developed a strong professional awareness of commercial law and procedure in the Sultanate.
His expertise mainly covers Arbitration in construction disputes, international commercial and trade laws, civil procedures, labour disputes, corporate affairs under the Companies' laws and foreign investment laws both in Oman and Syria.
Ahmed is officially registered as an arbitrator in the Appeal Court in Oman with a record of one time appointment as a sole arbitrator in one construction dispute.
