Abdulredha Al Lawati is a Partner in Global Advocacy and Legal Counsel’s Muscat office. He has been practicing in Oman since 2013 and is licensed by the Ministry of Justice to appear before the Primary Courts.

Abdulredha previously served as in-house counsel for one of the largest family-owned corporations in Oman and worked as an associate at an international law firm. Due to this combination of experience, Abdulredha is able to advise on all types of corporate and commercial matters, from incorporation of commercial presences (government owned and private) to drafting commercial transaction documents and advising on joint ventures under freezone, commercial and foreign capital investment laws. He specialises in providing commercially-aware legal solutions for the business practices of local, regional and international clients.

Abdulredha also advises clients on employment matters and dispute resolution.

Abdulredha is an active member of both the Omani Lawyers Association and Omani-British Lawyers Association (OBLA).
