Abdullah set up BSA in Riyadh in 2006. He is a highly experienced Saudi lawyer with over a decade of experience, both as inhouse counsel in various Government bodies and as a lawyer and accredited arbitrator in private practice.
He advises on business and foreign investment laws, helping overseas companies set up and successfully trade in Saudi Arabia. He also undertakes M&A work, advising a range of clients on the divestiture of assets and shares and has a wealth of experience preparing and negotiating contracts.
Abdullah has successfully represented several high-profile Saudi and foreign companies in court on various matters like IP, aviation and disputes between shareholders and has filed numerous debt recovery cases on behalf of individual and corporate clients.
He also held roles as Legal Advisor and Prosecutor before the Administrative Court for the Department of Commercial Agencies at the Saudi Commerce and Industry Ministry and was Legal Advisor of the Judicial Committee in charge of adjudicating disputes.
Abdullah holds an LLB from King Saud University and an LLM from King Abdulaziz University, graduating with an Honours. He also holds an LLM in Corporate Law and Finance from Widener University.
