Based in the UAE, I'm a Trainee Associate in our Corporate Group.

I regularly advise local and international clients on corporate setup and licensing, M&A, and due diligence as well as a variety of corporate legal matters for clients within the financial services, communications, retail and consumer, education and hospitality sectors.

My experience includes assisting clients in competition and consumer law matters as well as drafting a wide array of agreements, including license agreements, management agreements, service agreements, and bilingual corporate documents. Being bilingual allows me to deal with government and free zone authorities across the UAE on regular basis.

My recent experience includes advising on the most appropriate corporate structure and assisting in setting up local entities for international clients in the Oil & Gas sector.

Prior to Bird & Bird, I undertook internships with international audit and law firms in the Middle East, gaining valuable practical experience in the banking & finance, commercial, real estate, and dispute resolution sectors.
