Abdel Ghani Hamdan was admitted to the Bar Association in 1997. Mr. Hamdan has a unique expertise in offshore disputes relating to trusts, and wealth management involving a range of private equity disputes. Mr. Hamdan has broad experience acting for private clients, professional firms, corporates and trust beneficiaries, in claims for breach of contract and fiduciary duty, breach of trust, negligence and professional misconduct.
Mr. Hamdan advises companies in structuring mergers and acquisitions, licensing and distribution arrangements. Mr. Hamdan is particularly known for his ability to bring parties of transactions together so that the legal and cultural differences between Middle Eastern clients and European/U.S. companies can be bridged effectively.
Mr. Hamdan is the managing partner of the Hamdan Law Firm. Prior to joining the Hamdan Law Firm, Mr. Hamdan practiced as Special Counsel out of the Paris office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed, where he was in charge of the Middle Eastern and North African practice.
