Subject: Instructions to Control Access to Hotel Facilities Hosting Sport Teams, FIFA Referees and VIPs During the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™

In reference to Article 3 of Qatar Emiri Decision No. 15/2021 of the year 2021 regarding the establishment of Qatar Tourism, which is tasked to work on enhancing the tourism experience in the State of Qatar and follow up on its development in legal and regulatory aspects.

In reference to Item No. (9) of Article 13 of Qatar Law No. 20/2018 of the year 2018, on the Regulation of Tourism, which stipulates adherence to the instructions issued by Qatar Tourism in joint coordination with the competent authorities in the State regarding work controls of the tourist activities, hotel establishments, and tourism establishments.
