Instructions for Licensing, Classification, and Operation of Tourist Camps

In reference to Article 3 of Qatar Emiri Decision No. 15/2021 of the year 2021 regarding the establishment of Qatar Tourism, which is tasked to work on enhancing the tourism experience in the State of Qatar, and follow up on its development in legal and regulatory aspects:

In reference to Article 2 of Qatar Law No. 20/2018 on the regulation of tourism, which states· "It Is prohibited to establish. exploit. manage a hotel or tourism establishment, tourism festivals and events organizing offices. or to engage in any tourist activity. festival or tourism event without authorization from Qatar Tourism, in accordance with the provisions of this Law and its executive regulations".

In reference to Item No. (9) of Article 13 of Qatar Law No. 20/2018, on the Regulation of Tourism, which stipulates adherence to the instructions issued by Qatar Tourism in joint coordination with the competent authorities in the State regarding work controls of the tourist activities. hotel establishments, and tourism establishments
