Instructions for Collecting Additional Guest Data Leading Up to and After the Upcoming FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022

In furtherance to Qatar Tourism Circular No. 2/2019 for the year 2019 issued on November 10, 2019, by the Chairman of Qatar Tourism regarding the instructions for connecting hotel establishments to the Hotel Guests Registration System.

In reference to Article 3 of the Qatar Emiri Decision No. 15/2021 of the year 2021 regarding the establishment of Qatar Tourism, which is tasked to work on enhancing the tourism experience in the State of Qatar and follow up on its development in legal and regulatory aspects.

In reference to Item No. (9) of Article 13 of Qatar Law No. 20/2018 of the year 2018, on the Regulation of Tourism, which stipulates adherence to the instructions issued by Qatar Tourism in joint coordination with the competent authorities in the State regarding work controls of the tourist activities, hotel establishments, and tourism establishments.
