Subject: Instructions for Guests’ New Year’s Eve Celebration Experiences

In reference to Article 3 of Qatar Emiri Decree No. 15/2021 regarding the establishment of Qatar Tourism, which is aimed to enhance the tourism experience in the State of Qatar, and follow up on its development in legal and regulatory aspects;

And in reference to item (9) of Article 13 of Qatar Law No. 20/2018 on the Regulation of Tourism, which stipulated that instructions issued by Qatar Tourism shall be observed in a joint coordination between Qatar Tourism, State authorities responsible for controlling operations of tourism activities and hotel and tourism establishments.

And further to what was provided in Qatar Tourism Circular No. 1/2019 on instructions and guidelines for operating hotel establishments' facilities in tourist areas in relation to the tourist experience of visitors, guests, and customers;

And to enhance the operation controls and ensure improving tourist experience for guests and visitors of hotel establishments operating in the state on Friday, 31/12/2021 on the occasion of New Year's Eve Celebration.
