Circular issued by the General Secretariat of the National Tourism Council regarding:

Closure of All Health Clubs (Spa)s, Gyms, Swimming Pools and Restaurants in Order to Prevent and Limit the Spread of the Coronavirus (COVID 19)

Reference to item (9) of Article 13 of Qatar Law No. 20/2018 on the Regulation of Tourism, which provides that, instructions issued by the National Tourism Council shall be observed in a joint coordination between the Council and the competent authorities in the State regarding the control of operation in tourism activities and hotel and tourism establishments.

And in achievement the efforts and precautionary measures taken by the State of Qatar in order to prevent and limit the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid 19), and in the interest of public health and safety of all members of the society, by avoiding the gathering and crowds in public areas or such places with more opportunities for contact among its users,

It is decided as follows:
